The company holds the right to reject a return request.
You need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and no sign of wear and tear.

2. Valet Credit
All shipments (COD & PREPAID) are eligible for a refund. 100% REFUND of product cost.
In-case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick up from your address.
It takes 7- 15 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases, it might take longer )
The pick-up is done by a third-party courier company, and it is an extra cost borne by us.
The pick-up will be attempted twice, if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address at your own.

If you wish to return but do not wish to purchase any item right away, you can opt for a Valet credit.
Valet credit are points stored in your account; you can use it any time you wish to.

Do we charge anything for reverse pick up?
NO. We do not charge extra or debit any amount for reverse pick up. However, it is a service we provide to our customers and there could be chances that pickup is not available at your area pin-code.
Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for Replaced product?
No, the product can be only replaced once. Also, you cannot opt for a refund/credit note for a replacement product.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the product is picked from your place. It takes 7 - 15 days for the product to reach us as most of the courier companies are replying on surface shipping it might take even longer.
You will receive shipping updates on your email.
After we receive the parcel, our product Q.C team will review the product for any wear and tear.
For the complete process it takes around 2 - 3 weeks from the product being picked to the refund being processed to your account.
